I agree with ya'll about Magic Mike. Channing says that the DVD extras will blow people away so I'm hopeful for that.

Anyone see Savages? If you haven't, I suggest going to an afternoon show or waiting for video. The plot was incredibly shaky, there were huge holes in the story. The voice overs were horrible. The characters were all stereotypes and had little depth. It was very porn like in the beginning and for once it was more male nudity, which I was for, but despite the lack of female nudity it was very male porn driven you know?

I'm a fan of both Blake Lively and Taylor Kitsch and this movie didn't do either any favors, imo.

I saw that Amazing Superman. I wasn't a huge fan of Tobey in the role and I'm not a comic book person...but I really enjoyed it. A lot. Hope you did too.

Hey, mommy should go all Jean Grey on her captures asses.

Trailer looks good. I love this kind of action but I don't know about a second installment, the material is thin

Yesterday I've watched 'Take Shelter' and it was a very nice movie about the guy who is having some bad dreams about incoming storm. He decided to build a shelter for him and his family. Eventually, everyone in the little town he works and live think he is a crazy man.

The only thing I thought was pretty annoying was Curtis (main character played by Michael Shannon) who was doing everything very slowly which eventually (as the movie takes about 2+ hours) was hard to take :P. Still 7/10 would be my rating for that movie.

I watched Cabin in the Woods a few weekends ago and I have to say it was one of the best thought out scary movies I have seen in quite awhile. Bravo Joss Whedon! You think you know what is going on for the entire movie, but in the end you have no idea.

I've seen it also few weeks back, and I also think it was a very decent scary movie comparing to all the latest productions (horror movies). I think it had a good ending and the plot was very good, and the only bad thing was I've watched it at home and it was just after the movie was released and someone recorded it on the video so the quality was pretty bad :/. Still nice movie and I would recommend it to the horror lovers. 8,5/10 from me :P

Saw quite a few. The movie "Woman in Black" was a sleeper for me. I am used to movies that are messy like Alien and this wasn't anything remotely along those lines. I saw a movie about a war between the Titans I thought was pretty good on the CGI. I saw a few stand up comedies (movies) and both Men in Black movies in preparation for the 3rd one.

I'm looking forward to watch this as I really enjoyed the first one. I also like Liam as he is a great actor. His voice is so manly that I wanted to imitate his voice.

Did you guys Magic Mike? Saw it last night, I am sorry to say it didn't live up to expectation. They spent way too much time on things I didn't care about

Matt Boomer was window dressing. Not. Good!

I agree, I didn't see enough of Matt Bomer, I mean I saw him but he had on too many clothes for my liking

As for the movie itself, I liked Dallas and Mike the best, I think I was supposed to as they were the leads. I didn't like Brooke at all and frankly didn't see what Mike saw in her. She was always so unpleasant and when she did loosen up her laughter made me want to smack her

I am not sorry I went to see it, my expectation was high due to the promos that but it was a fun movie. They made the most of Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey.

I agree, it was a nice girls night out but he movie was lacking despite all the male eye candy. The dance sessions were the best part but it was too little of it. I wanted to see more action in he club and less hanging out with your buddy's sister

And Mike cries too much

Yours is the first personal review I've read of Savages, most the ones from the regular critics were favorable. As Blake looked great in it, I'll go and see it. Don't play with fangirls! The male nudity will be a nice bonus.

Anyone seen the Amazing Superman? So many mixed reviews. I am going with my nieces at sundown today

Oliver Stone movies are always on the controversial side. From what I understand the lead actress was openly dating two enemies. I am kind of surprise there wasn't an orgy

Any Twilight fans around? What do you think of Kristen cheating on Robb with her 41 years old married with children director?
